High-Performance Tennis Camp – June 8-12
Monday, Wednesday, Friday mornings, 9-11 am
Cost: $150.00

This high-performance training camp is designed for junior players looking to build the physical, technical, and competitive foundation required for long-term development in today’s modern game. Student/Instructor ratio: 4/1. Video analysis will support the learning process. Camp is limited to the first 4 players to sign up.

The camp will follow the Preparation Phase of our periodized training system — focusing on developing the technical/physical side of the game. Including enhancing the athletic base, movement efficiency, and technical habits that support higher-level performance as they grow.

Primary Areas of Focus
  1. Athletic Development & Court Movement
Players will work on improving speed, balance, coordination, agility, recovery movement, and overall court coverage. Emphasis will be placed on efficient footwork patterns and building the physical foundation needed for modern tennis.
  2. Groundstroke Consistency & Placement
Training sessions will focus on developing reliable rally tolerance, improved ball control, directional accuracy, and the ability to maintain quality under pressure. Players will learn how to create better court positioning and construct points more effectively.
  3. Building the Modern WTA/ATP Serve
Players will begin developing the technical foundations used in today’s professional serve, including proper rhythm, loading mechanics, kinetic chain sequencing, and efficient leg drive/ racquet acceleration. The goal is to establish a serve structure that supports both performance and long-term development.

This 3-day camp is designed to help players build stronger fundamentals, improve athletic movement, and develop the technical/physical foundation required for higher-level modern tennis. Future camps will include an in-depth focus on the strategic/mental side of the game in addition to the first camp focus areas.
